Weight-Loss Mindset Program

You may have heard me talking about my upcoming Weight Loss Mindset program on Instagram over the last few months. Tomorrow, 4th August, it finally launches... with a video on YouTube and a link to enrolment, all set for 12pm. Details will also be on the website here.

The course is based on a weight-loss podcast I launched last Summer. Included in the course:

• 5 POWERFUL hypnosis audios, 15-20 minutes long each, tailored to each of the 5 modules and pillars I describe which need to be in place before ANYTHING has a chance of success.
• 5 beautiful PDF transcriptions of my podcast, designed to shake up your psyche and fill you with inspiration, leading to action, leading to motivation, leading to more action.... and so on.
• A workbook/journal for you to use throughout the program to take notes, write down and answer questions, and journal; free association style, and thoughts.
• All PDFs together as one larger ebook of 38 pages.
• All 5 original podcast episodes to refer back to as and when you wish.

There are three ways to get involved!
1) Online, self paced course.

2) Group course consisting of 5 weekly video sessions (recorded). A maximum of 15 in any one group, where you can ask questions and talk about what you are struggling with.

3) One-to-one course, consisting of 5 weekly video sessions (recorded), just for you. We work meticulously, addressing any areas of your life that may be playing a part in making habits and lifestyle so difficult to change.
