From the comfort of your own home, get away from it all - the pandemic, the news, the talk, the worry - everything. Spend an hour in positivity, warmth, relaxation, and calmness. The effect of stress and worry on the body is well known. Treat yourself to this time to give your mind and body a break from it all - you deserve it.
